Celebrating another stellar season

Christopher Newport University’s Ferguson Center for the Arts is a beacon of creativity, imagination and discovery. The Center has quickly emerged as a distinctive location for the presentation of the finest entertainers, attracting more than 120,000 patrons during its inaugural season. It’s no surprise that an exciting and diverse season of programming awaits!

Broadway musicals, internationally acclaimed orchestras, a stellar roster of performing artists and top-notch family entertainment will comprise the 2006-2007 Season. Upcoming highlights include the Virginia premiere presentation of the smash Broadway hit and Tony Award-winning musical comedy, “25th Annual Putman County Spelling Bee”; a rare presentation by the world-renowned Joffrey Ballet; concerts by Art Garfunkel, The Four Tops, Peter, Paul & Mary; and the hilarious one-woman shows of comediennes Whoopi Goldberg and Lily Tomlin – to name a few.

Custom show packages are available to CNU Alumni with special discounts and include the Ferguson Broadway Series; Family Series and the popular Flex Series.
